Rwanda trip 2015

Dear all,

Join us to praise our Lord Jesus Christ for helping us to start the construction activities of Rwamagana School, and continue to pray for our containers which are on way coming in Rwamagana and for to don't have rain at least this week.

Burundi update

We at Burundi Youth for Christ and Gitega International Academy hope you're
all well with your families. We always think of you and so much appreciate
your support in building a school like GIA for us and for this needy nation
of Burundi.

Because of your HELP lives are changing on a daily basis; our chaplain keeps
sharing with us that different students are regularly coming into his office
when they are ready to surrender their lives to Christ.  Parents and
children from different backgrounds are fighting to be accepted at GIA- we
always get more students than we can accommodate yearly. We recently took
new photos and I thought to share some of them with you so that you continue
celebrate with us; see them attached pls!

Once again- thanks a lot for your big contribution in changing Burundi; GIA
is a very big contribution in raising up the generation of godly leaders
that we have always dreamt about.

May God bless you mightily.

Rwanda 2015

Rwamagana 2015 Update:

Great News!!!  The building material are now on the road from Dar Salam to Rwamagana.  They should arrive at the building site by early next week.  Rwanda Customs is allowing the containers to go directly to the site.  A special thanks to all those who dealt with obtaining the containers, loading them and making sure they were shipped on time.  It is always very good to have the containers on site before the workers arrive.

We are asking volunteers to have their funds in no later than Monday, November 10th for the first group and November 14th for group two.  Airline tickets for group one have to be purchased on November 13th, group two on November 17th.  Group one will leave from Ft. Myers, St. Louis, Indianapolis, Denver and Fredericton New Brunswick on January 8th.  They will stay in a hotel provided by Ethiopian Air and rise early Friday morning to resume their trip to Kigali.

Group two will board a bus in Ft. Myers around noon on January 15th.   They will ride to Tampa International Airport to catch a flight to D.C. Thursday evening.  Group two will also stay overnight in Washington and resume their journey early Friday morning.

We will be scheduling a meeting soon to give out all the information you’ll need for the trip.  We’ll let you know as soon as it is scheduled.  Please let us know if you have any questions and/or concerns in the mean time.  You can call Dan @ 239-340-6009 Tom @ 239-633-5753 or peter Fenger @ 239-572-4813 or email them @ dan@builderswithoutborders.net or tashwill57@aol.com or peterfenger@comcast.net

Thank you for all that you are doing in partnering with Rwanda Youth For Christ on behalf the of the young people in Rwanda.  Without you and those who support you, there is no Builders Without Borders.  God Bless You All!!
